Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

I am very thankful that I found Jason to represent me as an attorney. I know without any doubt, that I would never have been content in life had I allowed my supervisor to get by with the retaliation that he inflicted on me for never giving in to his sexual demands. I prayed the Lord would direct me ...to the right attorney and from the beginning until the end, I knew that Jason was the one to represent me. I certainly could not have had an attorney represent me any better than Jason. His work is incredible, and he even spent weekends working on my case. Other than Jason, I had nowhere to turn, as a sexual harassment complaint would get you fired at my workplace. Numerous, wonderful ladies that loved their positions had to find jobs elsewhere because a very high-ranking, long-standing supervisor was the perpetrator at my workplace. Some of the ladies that had stood up to him were terminated by him and his superiors failed to intervene. For the ladies that were unwilling to participate in fulfilling this predator’s sexual gratification, his retaliation was horrific and relentless, particularly in group meetings where he sought out the individual to ridicule. He had been there so long that he used his position and power attempting to seduce women that were simply trying to make a living. He never cared if the women were married or not, yet if one got a divorce, he saw them as venerable and made even more attempts/demands/attacks to fulfill his sexual gratification. When he failed to conqueror a victim, he would pit others against her (a select few that he paid highly to use) and then he would intervene in various ways to make it appear as if the individual was failing in her position. I never thought that I would ever need the services of an attorney, however, I also never thought that I would ever work under a sexual predator. For this reason, I was led to Jason and for the very FIRST time, I had someone that listened, supported me, and wanted to defend me. After following Jason’s directions, I discovered that victims went back at my workplace to when my supervisor was hired. After Jason intervened and stood up to this workplace that had failed us, these victims also felt vindicated. We now finally have some peace as the supervisor/sexual predator/bully is no longer working there using his power against venerable, working women. He has been replaced with a Christian man that is an outstanding leader who shows respect for both women and men and has made significant/positive changes for the wellbeing of the organization. I am grateful that the Lord led me to Jason. I can say that no attorney would have ever worked as hard as he did to allow justice to prevail.

Best Attorney Everrrr!!!

Where do I start? From the very first contact, Jason was responsive, sympathetic and listened to all of my concerns. He fought tooth and nail for me and it felt amazing to have someone in my corner. I was afraid of feeling like a small fish in a large pond among many similar cases, but Jason made me ...feel like I was the only fish in the pond. Sexual harassment case

I was totally over my head when it came to wondering if I even had a case. I was so embarrassed by what had happened to me, I didn't even know if I could talk to anybody about what happened. I called Jason, the first thing he did was ask me if I was okay. He was very gentle with the way he asked h...is questions. That put me at ease. That's how it was through this whole ordeal. He answered every question, he made sure I understood every step of the process. I would recommend Jason 100%. He is a great attorney. He's also a great person, who truly cares about his clients.
