Cynthia Jane Bohn

Ms. Bohn is primarily concerned with money. She is unorganized, unprofessional and comes to hearings unprepared. Be ready to do all of the research and organization to prove your case. Ms. Bohn's contribution for her fees are filing case paperwork (full of typos, incorrect names, incorrect facts) and... in my case the incorrect charge (for which she charged additional fees when the presiding Judge directed her to re-file). My case was a clear win which should have taken less than a month to resolve, but due to Ms. Bohn's inability to focus proactively and anticipate strategy, the opposing side was able to delay for 8 months. Also, If you do hire Ms. Bohn keep all monthly statements and pay close attention to all charges and keep proof of any payments made on account. If you expect to have your fees awarded to you in court, have the check written to you, not Ms. Bohn. I seriously recommend finding other representation.
