I find it odd that the only 2 positive reviews are just a day apart. I hired Bohn last year. I met her in that same library parking lot as I see others did. It should have been a red flag, no office. I asked her for a copy of our contract every single month. I finally received a copy 6 months ...later and it was illegible! I fired her just just about that time. This was just one problem. Bohn goes away for 10 days at a time not answering her phone. She just doesn't care. She had surgeries and can't let you know ahead of time either. She lost evidence and she is extremely dishonest. Monies you pay her come up missing. She sends invoices that she totals up hundreds over what they should so keep an eye on that. I had to hire another attorney and he picked it up from her house. In my file she had another persons evidence and my file stunk like cigarettes from her house/office. She is filthy and sloppy with your files. You should ask to see her desk before you hire her, OMG! She is so unorganized! I didn't return her call one day and she threatened to send the Sheriff to my home. She was lying just to threaten me. I could go on but my best advice to everyone is to keep looking. All these years in business and she only has 2 positive reviews? She actually brags about her 29 years in law but from the looks of it, they have not been good years by any means. If you already have a problem, get yourself a good lawyer, not this one.

I hired Cindy to wrap up a custody battle/parenting plan for my 3 yr old son. The father initially made the petition for a parenting plan, with Susan Mader, but between the two of them they got nothing done. Ms. Mader only discussed a parenting plan once with the father at mediation for a temp. TN... plan. Cindy from day one gave me great advise to go ahead and get a order of protection, which I was granted the maximum for a year from the judge for the fathers verbal and physical abuse in front of my son. Then, I wanted an out of state parenting plan resolved so I could move home closer to family for more support. Cindy followed up with Ms. Mader for a parenting plan she drew up but no response. The day of court Ms. Mader was not available she was in trial and didn't even tell her client, the father, or my attorney Cindy, so Cindy went ahead and revised the parenting plan herself to my needs and also the fathers needs and we agreed on it in minutes. She also advised Ms. Mader how to finalized everything, she didn't seem to know how. Cindy Bohn knows the law and knows what needs to be done to get it done. I would highly recommend her for advise or how to handle a strategy to get what you want done the right way.

This is a lawyer I used for a divorce that was drug out for over a year plus that should have been a simple issue. Used all her retainer and didn’t bother returning phone calls unless she thought she’d get another dime from me on advice or counseling. Which she didn’t. Unprofessional, unprepared, jus...t all around not whom you want to hire. Find someone else.

This lawyer came recommended. I have absolutely no idea why. She was extremely unprepared for court. We suffered a huge loss due to her indifference & incompetency, then had the audacity to blame everyone else but herself. She is poor at returning calls & emails as well. Charges too much for not... even doing the work. Do NOT hire this lawyer!!

PERJURY!!!! Over and over again! She got beat in court by someone who didn't even have a lawyer because her client and her were not ready. They then were so butt hurt after losing they went and filed false paper work in Davidson county. This lawyer WILL NOT win your case. I used her for my divorce ba...ck in 2009 and I would never recommend her to anyone EVER! She will be reprimanded for the perjury in the paperwork on July 31st 2017. That is all! Happy Lawyer Hunting, don't stop here for sure!
