You will just be giving money away. She does not return phone calls. Barely remembers your name. Will tell you two days before court. That you have court and she doesn’t knows the address. Send her evidence and she won’t present it. Use your retainer to send bills about phone calls and motions. Will ...not give you copies. Act like she works for opposing counsel. Threaten to withdraw if you ask her to job. The give you other clients information when you request your client file. Loves to meet in library parking lots on Gallatin Rd. Smells like menthol and hair products.

This lawyer came recommended. I have absolutely no idea why. She was extremely unprepared for court. We suffered a huge loss due to her indifference & incompetency, then had the audacity to blame everyone else but herself. She is poor at returning calls & emails as well. Charges too much for not... even doing the work. Do NOT hire this lawyer!!

PERJURY!!!! Over and over again! She got beat in court by someone who didn't even have a lawyer because her client and her were not ready. They then were so butt hurt after losing they went and filed false paper work in Davidson county. This lawyer WILL NOT win your case. I used her for my divorce ba...ck in 2009 and I would never recommend her to anyone EVER! She will be reprimanded for the perjury in the paperwork on July 31st 2017. That is all! Ms. Bohn is primarily concerned with money. She is unorganized, unprofessional and comes to hearings unprepared. Be ready to do all of the research and organization to prove your case. Ms. Bohn's contribution for her fees are filing case paperwork (full of typos, incorrect names, incorrect facts) and... in my case the incorrect charge (for which she charged additional fees when the presiding Judge directed her to re-file). My case was a clear win which should have taken less than a month to resolve, but due to Ms. Bohn's inability to focus proactively and anticipate strategy, the opposing side was able to delay for 8 months. Also, If you do hire Ms. Bohn keep all monthly statements and pay close attention to all charges and keep proof of any payments made on account. If you expect to have your fees awarded to you in court, have the check written to you, not Ms. Bohn. I seriously recommend finding other representation.
