Excellent legal services with great compassion and expertise

Elder Law of Nashville is a fabulous set of extensive services for all of us who are aging, for our parents, and for our loved ones. That means everyone! Whether wills are needed after children are born, or wills need to be probated after the death of family members, Elder Law is here to assist us wi...th various and important legal needs. Like researching good schools for our children's education, or taking our cars to the best mechanics in town, we also need excellent legal services throughout our lives, as we prepare to live a long time. Elder Care services can also help our family members in case our deaths are sudden or unexpected so that they don't have to worry about difficult legal processes during such grievous times. Barbara Moss and her staff can assist us with everything we need to know, so we can make good decisions about our important choices, including how we manage our estates, financially and legally. Thank you to Elder Care, which has assisted me during my mother's aging and death, with such compassion, knowledge, and wisdom!

Gave my family much needed support and piece of mind!

I searched for at least a year until I found Barbara to help with support for my parents. Barbara and her team guided us through the process and pointed us to valuable resources we did not even know about. And they are still doing so! Janel and Chris are also wonderful, kind, and knowledgable. In sho...rt, my parents are now set up for the future with the support and piece of mind they (and I) needed. I cannot thank you enough! Reach out to Elder Law of Nashville to see how they can help you. Don't wait to get your family's future in order!

The Right Firm at a Critical Time

Elderlaw of Nashville was a Godsend at a critical time. When you lose an entire family within a three-year period, you need to have all legal and financial matters in good order. Barbara Moss and Shannon Lashlee stepped in to assist my aged aunt and uncle provide wills and a living trust when they ...had nothing. They facilitated their only daughter in both will and estate planning. As the executor of all three, Elderlaw provided invaluable assistance to me. Adam Berk was especially helpful to answer my questions and provide wise counsel through probate process. Elderlaw is experienced, knowledgeable, and caring. I can recommend they without reservation.

Elder law is 100% of their professional focus

I evaluated a number of law firms in Nashville that listed elder law as one of their professional areas .. "professional area" is not the same as the firm's focus. Elder Law of Nashville demonstrated in the handling of our family needs that this is not just an item on a website drop down menu. The fi...rm is 100% focused in this specialty area and brought to our needs an exceptional depth and breath of professional knowledge, skill, resources, experience, creativity, and most importantly compassion for all members of the family involved in our case. Thank you Barbara and to your team.

Satisfied Client

We first found Elder Law during Covid protocols when my Grandmother was transferred to a facility out of our control. Elder Law helped us get her closer to home and eventually helped us get her home. They have been amazing to us and we continue to use them now for my Grandfather. Highly rec...ommend.
