Kathy went above and beyond to help me with a very sensitive family matter, not only did she do everything she could to help me legally, she was also stepped outside of simply the attorney client role and helped to provide emotional support and advice. We ended up getting the results that I wanted an...d then some. What I admired about her so much in my situation is that she could have pushed for more and we could have won more but in my situation it would have been detrimental to the child involved. First and foremost she took my daughter into account and while we could have easily extended an ugly battle and won and she would have made more money in doing so she showed both empathy for the situation and legal acumen. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for legal representation that both gets the job done and actually cares about the client.

Special ladies here, and Kathy & Noel are the best for me and my situation! They answered my call at what I thought was the worst time of my life! I was searching for a divorce attorney to handle a very toxic situation, and they stepped up & mastered the challenge. They provided both legal & emotion...al support .... Kathy and Noel were amazing throughout the painful process of my divorce. They made something that was incredibly stressful a little less so and communicated with me early and often throughout the process. Often times attorneys have reputations for not returning calls or keeping you in the loop---not... the case here. Also unlike other law offices walking into Everette Law, while always very professional, felt more like I was dropping by to talk with a couple of friends. Not stuffy and once the legal talk was over we always moved on to debating the finer points of SEC football etc. I consider Kathy and Noel friends and could not recommend their services more.
