Best Decision to Hire Ben

Amazing. Ben is not only a phenomenal lawyer but an all around great guy. He genuinely would always listen and calm all my fears. His passion for helping others and knowledge of the law shines through. Hiring Ben was the best decision for my family and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Thank you, Ben!

I sought Ben's representation during a criminal investigation stemming from a dispute with a litigious business owner. I spoke with Ben about the situation and he really put my mind at ease. He explained to me exactly what we were facing, what the worst case scenario could be, and exactly what we wou...ld do if the worst were to happen. Ben handled all of the arrangements with the detective leading the investigation so that we could sit down and speak with him. Once it was apparent how aggressively the issue was being pursued, Ben intercepted the detective's advances and protected me and my rights. Ben got the investigation closed with a recommendation not to pursue prosecution and I never even had to speak with a police officer.

Excellent

Attorney Ben Powers has worked very hard to get my case resolved. He is very determined and professional. Listened to all my proposals and gave me the best legal advice that one could get. Definitely was a great choice and highly recommend to anyone that is in need of representative as Mr. Powers.

An attorney you can count on.

I contacted Ben less than 24 hours of my court date. My court appointed attorney was a friend of the devils and I needed answers sooner than I thought would be possible. I called the law office Ben works with and received a call back from Ben in less than an hour. He spent about 45 minutes on the pho...ne with me explaining every detail of my case and giving me all my options. He had no obligation to do so considering I was not yet his client. I appreciated his help so much. He closed my case within two court dates and followed through on his word. Ben was exceptional and I highly recommend him.

Ben Is The Best

I hired Ben to represent me through a domestic violence case. He made careful, genuine effort to understand the situation and my involvement, which led to a positive end result that exceeded all expectations. He was quick to communicate any changes, updates, or suggestions so I never felt "out-of-the...-loop" or uninformed. My input was considered, my questions answered intelligently, and my best interest always kept at the forefront. Having Ben on my side provided comfort and trust during a time I had little of both.
