Biography
Before starting his own practice at Herbert & Lux, Eddie worked as an attorney for a local Nashville Law Firm and spent time at the Davidson County Public Defender’s Office. Serving in both General Sessions and Criminal Court, where he gained a vast amount of experience vigorously defending clients who were charged with a range of crimes from simple possession to murder. In private practice, Eddie has thoughtfully, thoroughly and effectively advocated for his client's rights, whether they were facing criminal penalties, or fighting to recover from injuries caused by the negligent actions of others.
Eddie’s practice consists of criminal defense, DUI defense, civil litigation, including personal injury/wrongful death from car accidents and other acts of negligence.
