My wife and I had a pretty complex case regarding medical malpractice, more specifically, cancer. Caroline along with her team at Whitfield, Bryson & Mason dove right in head first and never looked back. We were turned down by many other firms because they were all afraid of the risk. Not these guys ...and gals. They were not scared to tackle this head-on and left no stone unturned. Caroline went above and beyond what I ever expected. She contacted doctor's out of state, she drove many miles to meet with my wife's doctor in person, honestly I don't know how many hours and miles she dedicated to our family, but one thing's for sure, she cared. Also, I have to mention John Whitfield (Nobody's gonna push John around, he's seen and done it all.) He knows when you've been done wrong and will not let anyone get away with it. As with many cases, it can be a lengthy process, but Caroline and the team stayed with it. She communicated with me directly on a weekly basis regarding any updates on our case and was always available to answer any concerns or questions we had. They care first and foremost about YOU and your family, not how much money they can make off a case (unlike some of the bigger name, fancy TV commercial firms). They laughed with us and cried with us through our journey and ultimately SETTLED our case out of court. My wife who is unfortunately no longer with us said it best, "I feel like they really care about me, I consider them good friends." And she was right, they are good friends. As for me personally, I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I know exactly who I'll be calling. I would recommend Caroline at Whitfield, Bryson & Mason 100%. There is no review that would do Caroline Justice to describe how an excellent attorney she is. You always hear bad stories about lawyers and I have to admit, there were no unpleasant experiences while dealing with Caroline and the firm. From day one, she managed to gain my trust and confidence right... to the end of the case. I’ll skip right to the strengths because there were no weaknesses. Caroline is highly reliable and approachable, she always called when she said she will call and promptly returned my calls/emails mostly within the same day. She is a good listener and pay attention to small details no matter how small. In depositions she is straightforward, organized and intelligent which was very comforting and reassuring. Not that I would wish to go to another deposition, but if I have to , I would want Caroline on my side. And finally, in person she is a lovely human being and personable which helps a lot in communications. I would use her services again if I need to because I know that she has my best interest in mind while being fair and human.
