I started at Whitfield, Bryson & Mason as a law clerk during my time at University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. After graduating law school in two and a half years, I joined the firm as an associate atorney.
I graduated from Western Kentucky University Summa Cum Laude in December 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate and Organization Communication. During law school, I was a member of Law Students for Justice (a law school division of the American Association for Justice) and served on the University of Louisville Law Review. I graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was excited to join the firm shortly thereafter.
During the summer of 2015, I was part of the trial team that obtained at $681k verdict in Kentucky. I am an active member and serve on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Assocation and am also active with the American Assocation for Justice where I currently serve as the Chair for the Railroad Section of AAJ. I was recently selected by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as a Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney in Tennessee Under Age 40, Top 40 Litigation Lawyer Under 40 for the state of TN in 2018, and appointed to the Tennessee Bench & Bar Committee. I am pleased to continue my history of volunteer work and leadership I started as an undergraduate, serving as president of my sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and interning with the Cinncinati Bengals.
I am admitted to practice in Tennessee, Florida, and Kentucky.

My wife and I had a pretty complex case regarding medical malpractice, more specifically, cancer. Caroline along with her team at Whitfield, Bryson & Mason dove right in head first and never looked back. We were turned down by many other firms because they were all afraid of the risk. Not these guys ...

Caroline was very professional, kind and considerate through my case of almost three years, making the entire process much easier to go through. I had utmost confidence in the outcome from the way the case was handled and I wasn't disappointed. Very thankful for everything she has done to help me, an...

There is no review that would do Caroline Justice to describe how an excellent attorney she is. You always hear bad stories about lawyers and I have to admit, there were no unpleasant experiences while dealing with Caroline and the firm. From day one, she managed to gain my trust and confidence right...

Caroline was such a needed ally during the entirety of a 2+ year lawsuit. Having never been involved in anything of this nature, I was incredibly reassured by her confidence, clarity, communication, and positive nature. When things took a turn or felt unclear, Caroline was proactive in keeping us i...

Caroline successfully guided me through a complex personal injury mediation process as part of the Whitfield, Bryson & Mason group. She provided frequent and clear updates throughout, and the overall communication was excellent. She was highly responsive to emails and phone calls. It is clear she wor...
"Caroline went out of her way to welcome me to the legal community in Nashville. As a young attorney, I really appreciated her insight and advice. I have no doubt that she is an excellent attorney and I look forward to potentially working with her in the future."
"Caroline is perhaps the hardest working attorney that I have had the pleasure of encountering. Caroline works diligently to make sure that her client receives the best possible outcome. Most importantly, Caroline treats every person involved in a case with utmost respect and professionalism. If I ever need legal representation of my own, my first call will be to Caroline."
"Caroline is a very smart intuitive lawyer. She's hard working and is a wonderful super helpful addition to any legal team not to mention a pleasure to work with. I recommend and endorse her without reservation."
"You likely wouldn't know this about Caroline but she graduated fourth in her law school class (and would have been first if she hadn't finished a semester early). So, yeah, she's damn smart. You also may not know that since she began practicing law, she's already achieved multi-million dollar recoveries for her clients - some lawyers, even good ones, go their entire careers and can't say that. You could focus on those aspects and that would be fine. You'd get to right place: Caroline is an excellent attorney. But her intelligence and her success aren't why I say that about her. Caroline earned that moniker in my eyes because of how she is with her clients. She listens. She understands. She'll talk to you like a normal person, often navigating complex legal issues but able to break them down into real world terms. It's become all too rare these days. Mark my words, Caroline is well on her way to being among the top attorneys in Tennessee."
