Greg Oakley

I have used Greg as a consultant and for hire. And I have not been disappointed. He's very knowledgeable about the law and the legal process. What I like most was the fact that he would listen. I felt he was fair and reasonable, and not out to take my business for the sake of taking business. He... truly cares about his clients, their concerns and their needs, and fights hard for the benefit of his client.

The Attorney you want on your side, not theirs!

Greg Oakley is many things: Tenacious. Knowledgeable. What he didn't know, he tirelessly researched. Concerned. Greg took time to make sure I was "ok" through the whole process. Passionate. He argued the principles, not just the money. The case was unprecedented - until we won, that is. Violation... of the Consumer Protection Act by an insurance company during the claims process, plus a few other counts. Now other people have more grounds to keep their insurance companies on the straight and narrow - based upon our win! I almost felt bad for the other side, because Greg is just that good. Justice was served, and Greg's tireless efforts were a major component of the win. We walked out of the court room with our heads high - and then had a beer together to celebrate. He is not just a great attorney, he also became a close friend and compatriot during our battle.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
