David Joseph Goldman

I first moved to Nashville in 2011 to attend Vanderbilt Law School after receiving a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Florida. While at Vanderbilt, I excelled academically and was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review. After graduating from Vanderbilt, I served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sheryl H. Lipman of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee in Memphis.

Prior to forming Music City Law with Seamus Kelly in 2019, my practice focused mostly on litigation. I have served large companies, small businesses, and individuals on a wide variety of cases ranging from employment discrimination suits and non-compete litigation to breach-of-contract disputes to landlord/tenant matters. I also have experience in corporate transactional matters and probate law.

I am licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Florida.

When not serving my clients, I can be found volunteering with the Martha O'Bryan Center, East Nashville's largest anti-poverty non-profit, cooking gourmet meals, or biking through Shelby Bottoms.
