Brian was well prepared. His demeanor and presentation during the trial was excellent. This case began in January 2013, before Brian came with the firm. He took over the case just a few months before the trial and while it would appear that there was no way anyone could step in and be prepared for... everything, Brian did it. At times during the trial when the pro se attorney for Plaintiff would attempt to take advantage of any situation, speak out of turn or just attempt to belittle Brian or his clients in any manner, Brian was on his feet, taken the situation in hand and called the other attorney on any trick he may be attempting. This was Brian's first trial, but he was on top of the entire situation at all times. In all phases of the preparation and during the trial, Brian was able "to talk and talk and walk the walk" and appears able to hold his own in any situation. He is extremely intelligent and demonstrates this in a way that is respectful to the court his clients. He represented the Board of Directors, present and past in this trial, and all of his clients have the same high regard for him as a person and as a attorney as do I.
