We are a small firm dedicated to providing the highest quality work product for our clients. I believe in being direct and honest with clients and expect the same in return. You will always get the worst and best case scenarios during the course of our relationship along with honest opinions to guide you in making your important legal decisions.
Our firm is selective when taking cases. This does not mean we only take "winners", but we evaluate the client just as much as they evaluate us before making a determination to take a case. If for some reason one of our attorneys is unable to take a case, we generally know other attorneys that we will readily provide contact information and referral.
I take tremendous joy in assisting individuals or groups in advising and starting new corporations and LLCs. Having a knowledgeable attorney to help guide you on the front end is indispensible for fledgling companies.
