She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in political science in 2005. She obtained her law degree in 2009 from the Nashville School of Law. Chelsea interned at the Public Defenders Office in Nashville throughout law school and started her practice with Jack Butler and Associates. She opened her own office in 2010 focusing on criminal defense and personal injury cases. While in private practice she has had numerous jury trials including cases for DUI, kidnapping, robbery, rape and drug offenses and obtained many favorable verdicts for her clients. An Attorney that cares!
Ms. Nicholson posses knowledge, compassion and passion for her clients. I have refered her to several people and everyone I know say the same thing! She knows everyone too, she is such a people person.

Great Lawyer!
