We offer no-nonsense solutions for victims of serious injury and death caused by other's carelessness. Underhill Injury Law serves clients statewide, but primarily in Northern Middle Tennessee, including Robertson, Sumner, Cheatham, Montgomery and Davidson Counties. Our office focuses primarily upon Accident and Injury, DUI and Criminal Defense, and Social Security Disability.

I am a graduate of Lambuth University (B.A. English) and the Nashville School of Law (Doctorate of Jurisprudence). I served as a Law Clerk for the Fourth Circuit Court for Davidson County, Tennessee, for four years. I have served as a two term Hearing Officer for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility and Municipal Court Judge for the City of Greenbrier.
My wife and I are the parents of three children. I am an avid cyclist and distance runner in my spare time.

Underhill did the best I could have asked for. All my stress went out the door with him as my lawyer. He did everything he said he would do and more. I would highly recommend him to anybody that wants the best offer or result. I will use him from here on out anytime I need him.
