Better Results Than I Expected

Speeding Ticket DISMISSED

I received a ticket for speeding in a work zone while on a business trip in Tennessee. I contacted multiple lawyers but only Mr. Underhill would take my case. During initial consultation, he was extremely professional and very honest with the possibility of the outcome of my speeding ticket given tha...t the courts have become more strict on these types of cases recently. He ended up getting my ticket COMPLETELY DISMISSED! I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a competent and honest attorney.

Persistent Service

I’m grateful very much for Mr. Underhill. He showed up for me for almost a year and half on my behalf while I was getting the help I needed for drug and alcohol recovery. He supported what I was doing and he did what he said he was going to do. He’s someone who’s not going to tell you what you want t...o hear but I’m promise you he’s in your corner and wants what’s best for you. I recommend him to anyone who is in need of a lawyer.

Excellent attorney

Mr. Underhill was extremely thorough and patient as we worked through the divorce. He answered all of my questions and we were able to work out the case without a problem. Would definitely recommend him!

AWESOME LAWYER

I went in to meet with Mr. Underhill on a Thursday for a case that I had to appear in on the following Tuesday. I explained to Mr. Underhill what was goin on and he explained to me what he could do. I hired him and he did just what he said he would do. I did not even have to attend the court day. ... Mr. Underhill took care of the issue and the case is resolved and closed.
