Hands down Best Lawyer

Mr. Underhill is a great attorney and an even better person! His knowledge on defense is to the letter of the law! He made sure we had the best outcome, everything dismissed. If you have a DUI, or any other criminal charge, go see Mr. Underhill. This was the worst situation I have ever been in and... it could have ended up really bad but Mr. Underhill never showed any signs of defeat and took everything one step at a time. I hope to never need an attorney again, however if I do, Bill will be my first call no questions asked. If you have a criminal charge in Robertson, Sumner, Nashville, or any other surrounding counties do not hesitate. He is a local attorney with 30 years of experience and he is well known by everyone. I sat through 4 consultations, 5 phone calls with other attorneys and Bill was the clear winner. Once you sit down with him, you will understand. Saved My Son's College Football Career

Attorney Underhill saved my son's college football career. Represented him professionally in a DUI under-age case. He negotiated a deal with the DA that allowed my son to accept a diversion program and return to his college out of state. Underhill was highly recommended by Martin's Bonding company. ...He represented my black son as though he was his own son. He related to him and understood what was at stake . Speeding Ticket DISMISSED

I received a ticket for speeding in a work zone while on a business trip in Tennessee. I contacted multiple lawyers but only Mr. Underhill would take my case. During initial consultation, he was extremely professional and very honest with the possibility of the outcome of my speeding ticket given tha...t the courts have become more strict on these types of cases recently. He ended up getting my ticket COMPLETELY DISMISSED! I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a competent and honest attorney.
