Mr Underhill is a great lawyer he helped me with my case and just had me put on probation for something I should have been in a lot of trouble for.He kept me informed on everything to do with the case and he would always be there when I contacted him on the phone and in person .He is a great lawyer a...nd I refer him to everyone I know .

Bill Underhill has our back

Our son got himself into some legal trouble. Without Bill Underhill’s representation he most definitely would have spent some time in jail and had a criminal record. I knew Bill would do his very best for our son and he did. He got the absolute best outcome we could have hoped for. No jail time and... no criminal record as long as he stays out of trouble. Mr. Underhill spoke with us in great detail about the situation we were in. He met with us at the scene of the accident to go over what had happened there. He contacted the insurance company. Day of trail spoke with police officer, prosecutor, etc ... He got us a out of court agreement that keep my s...on from having to plea to something just to keep from going trail. My son’s case was set aside without prejudice with no plea of any kind. We were so happy!

Insurance fraud and False Report

Words can not describe how glad I am that I chose Mr. Underhill to represent me, he truly deserves more than a 5 star rating! He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I was charged with insurance fraud a class C felony and making a false report a D felony. A deal wa...s offered to me that I would have to pay the full amount back to drop the insurance fraud and plea guilty to the false report which would give me a class D felony with 2 years of state probation. Mr. Underhill was able to get both felonies dropped to class A misdemeanors with 3 months of work release to be served at the local jail with 100 hours community service and 2 years state probation. I am extremely greatful for what he did for me and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a defense attorney in Robertson county!!!
