Exceptional Legal Representation and Outstanding Client Care

DUI

I hired Mr. Underhill for a DUI that could’ve resulted in 37+ days jail time. Not only did he help me get a *much* better outcome than that, but he made one of the worst experiences of my life more bearable with his honesty, realism, humor, and knowledge. He was great with managing my expectations, m...aking sure I understood what was going on at all times and why, and exploring all possible avenues as far as a defense went. He and Abigail were so great with communication, and I have to say Abigail is so kind and wonderful, too. Most importantly, he knows the law in and out and back and forth, but there is something to be said about his demeanor and ability to make what feels like the end of the world feel survivable. A great lawyer and I really believe a great person, too. I certainly don’t plan to ever need him again, but if I do, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring him again.

Handled our daughter's case. Straight forward Lawyer

Mr. Underhill handled our daughters case and he did an amazing job. Kept us updated of what was to come so we were prepared. Very straight forward, does not sugar coat anything which is what we preferred. I would seek his services again if I ever needed them
