Its been 3 years now that ive paid a 2500 retainer to have my child support case fixed my back childsuport fixed and also my current. Im disabled my check is around 1400 dhs is taking 800 from me leaving me with 524 a month and this has been like this for over 5 years . I cant get a call email nothin...g back from him and child support inforcement dont care and will not do anything toll a judge makes them. I would highly advise you not to hire him he ignores my calls messages and even text messages and ill call from a different number he will answer and come up with a reason to have to call me back and never hear from him. And i live four hours away so i cant just go to his office i cant afford to just drive up there and he knows it so he just stole my momey in my eyes

I am currently waiting on my divorce to be finalized. I emailed, text, left voice-mailside, but no response back or anything. It has been close to 6 months since I last heard from him. I had to call the court and ask about my case. The court even left him a message & a month later still nothing. He w...as great in the beginning when he had his paralegal, now that he's on his own he has not even bother with my case. I paid my retainer fee and all I need is for him to reply back and/or finish my case.

This man pushed me under the bus. Not only did he insist I not make my appointed dates in court, he failed to perform any of the suport I needed in my case to keep me out of a huge counter lawsuit after I was victimized by a pro bono attorney.This lack of action and accountability put me in finacial ...stress, mental anquish and caused me severe hardships. He never returned my calls and avoided me after losing my case that the DA said was so simple even a child could win it.
