Furthermore, Kirk Catron of Murfreesboro TN has been disciplined multiple times by the TN Board of Professional Responsibility and is currently under investigation for multiple mi...sconduct violations. I recommend anyone who has had issues with him to file a complaint with them. I promise you, you aren’t alone. After my experience with him as a client, I know the damage this man is capable of. He is a threat to his clients, the legal profession, and his community. The State of TN should be ashamed and held accountable for allowing him to practice law this long knowing his past history.
