Winning uphill battle

It is an uphill and often losing battle trying to gain custody of children for a father in TN. Cash has fought to get me from a judgment of supervised visits only to week on/week off which is far more than we ever thought possible. It has been uphill but I don't think another lawyer could have accomp...lished what she has for our family. When she comes to the court room she comes prepared and makes short work of any topic on hand! Have used her for years and will continue as needed.

Best Attorney Ever

My Cousin Hired Cherie years ago in a Custody battle as he was trying to get Custody of his son. Cherie fought tooth and nail and was able to win the Battle for my Cousin. 4 years later, I hired Cherie in hopes she could get me Custody of my daughter which was way more complex than my Cousins battle.... Cherie did a phenomenal job and I won full Custody of my Daughter. This would have never happened if I hadn’t of hired Cherie as my Attorney. Cherie is well worth the money and she dedicates her time to knowing what the case in titles. My family and I HIGHLY recommend Cherie if you are in a Custody Battle. Thank you Cherie for everything. You’re AWESOME..... Terry & Nicole

Thank you

One day 12 yrs ago, while at work, I was visited by a Sheriff, who was handing me filed papers for divorce, eviction notice ( out of the home I bought ), and IOY papers signed by a judge saying I had to pay my soon to be ex 8K a month. Someone recommended Cherie to me and she went to battle for me.... She worked on my case for a year and helped me get a decent settlement. More importantly, she helped me get my kids for a third of the year while my ex fought to see I got the minimum. Two more times over the next decade my ex brought me to court always wanting more money and for me to have less time with my kids. And again recently as this past year Cherie went to battle for me. Just like the previous outcomes, this most recent court stint went my way. Cherie saw to it that I was well represented in my case. Cherie was well prepared and had a great game plan going into court. I am pleased with the outcome. And when my ex decides in a year to go through it all again I will call Cherie. And she will be there for me. Each time I’ve needed her over all this time she has come through for me. No reason to call anyone else. She has yours and your kids best interests in mind.

Do not hire her

She doesn’t return emails, texts. Then you have to call her but she charges $30 for every 15 min. She explains the process half way. I had to ask her to withdraw from my case. She took my money and didn’t accomplished a thing. It took her about six months to schedule court and then it was just to sch...edule another court date. After that I received a bill. I was desperate for help and she didn’t do a thing for me.

STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HER!

She was hired and paid $2500 in advance of our court date to represent me for child support and a few minor issues with my case, nothing too serious. To my shock and surprise, she showed up to court unprepared to perform and postponed the hearing. I kept my cool as she explained that she would get ...the child support modified and talk to the judge concerning other issues. That was the last I heard from her. She moved out of her office without any notification and did not answer my texts, emails, or calls. The next time I saw her was in The Daily Journal for felony DUI with her minor kids in the car. I filed to have her removed as my attorney and represent myself. She never showed up to the hearings and finally responded to asking me to not remove her as my attorney. She is a compulsive liar, like no other. I filed a complaint with her the Tennessee Bar Association for her behavior. She was supposed to return my money and the file of my case. I have not received either one. This is just a summary. To this day, my child support is messed up. I have my daughter for 122 days out of the year, but pay child support as if I only have her for four days. Do not use her.
