Cherie helped me with many things as she represented me in a unique and complex case in my opinion. I won’t get too deep into all of that, but in the end after a hard battle she helped me regain custody of my daughter back. It wasn’t easy, but if it wasn’t for Cherie it would not have been possible.... She supported me along the way and made it very clear that she saw my efforts while working with me and acknowledged my growth which is very much appreciated and admirable from my perspective. I was appointed Cheri Kristinus to be my lawyer for my sons case. We had to end up moving it to a custody case, and i retained her as my lawyer. She fought against all odds, my sons father had custody throughthe seneca nation indian reservation. I thought there would be no way we could win with that ...court being on my sons fathers side, but she did everything possible, worked hard and made a way for Tennessee to have jurisdiction on our case. We went for our final hearing yesterday, and we won!!! I was granted custody, and child support for my son. If you are looking for a lawyer to win your case, no matter how much you think it may be a lost cause, she is the one you want!! I promise you wont be disappointed!!

Words can not describe my gratitude for Cherie! This has been a VERY stressful process, to the point where I wanted to "throw in the towel", in hopes of Peace of Mind.
