Exemplary
Choosing Amy and her team to draft estate planning documents is one of the best decisions my husband and I have made. Emails were replied to promptly and she was on time every time for office appointments. Her profile is very impressive and her combined level of knowledge and experience comes through in her work. Her ability of insightfulness to our particular set of needs put us immediately at ease. Amy and her staff are welcoming and friendly while not loosing focus on the task at hand. We were not rushed and given every opportunity to ask questions. In an unrelated issue, understanding my need to act quickly, Amy prioritized her schedule to help expedite documents and immediately set a resolution into motion. My husband and I came away feeling confident (actually, thanking our lucky stars) we made a good choice and recommend Amy and her team without reservations.

Mr.Sawyer
My name is Thomas Sawyer. I became a client of the law firm of Amy Farrar with the passing of my brother. I live in Cleveland, Ohio, and Ms Farrar helped me fulfill my duties as executor of my brother's estate. To me, living in Ohio, this seemed a really daunting responsibility, but Amy and her wonderful staff guided me through the process. They were diligent, professional, and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Their competence and caring made the process easier to understand. I was very impressed with the way her firm accomplished this task, which entailed real estate and other banking transactions involved in clearing the estate. I will forever be thankful to Amy Farrar and her team. As a senior citizen, Amy Farrar's highly able law firm really eased the burden of closing my brother's complicated estate; I highly recommend them!

Amy Farrar, my attorney
My late husband and I first met Amy in the late summer of 2017. She helped us write a strong version of what had seemed a complicated will. Less than 18 months later, my husband died of Agent Orange related cancer. In the two years since, I have met with Amy often to think through the next decade of my life. She is both a professional advocate and a personal friend and sounding board. She knew us both well! Her strongest of many strong attributes is that she listens intently and remembers!

Exceptional service!
Did some research and based on information regarding this firm I engaged them to revise my estate planning documents. From the moment I requested information, Attorney Amy Farrar and her assistant Brooke Travis were extremely responsive and helpful. Through e-mail correspondence and conference calls they answered all my questions and put together my will along with all of the associated documents for my estate. When everything was completed, we met at the office, signed all documents, and I was provided the original along with copies. This firm made what can be a difficult task painless and quick…I would not hesitate to engage this firm for any other legal assistance.

Amy Farrar: 5/5 Stars-Highly Recommend
I had a real estate transaction that I was attempting to complete myself and it was proving to be more than I could handle. My deal had no structure, no contractual obligations in place with the other party and I had no idea how to proceed further and I was already in fairly deep. I reached out to the first 5 Middle TN real estate law firms that were returned on my Google search and Amy's office assistant was the only one who gave me the confidence to move forward. I was actually listened to carefully and it was obvious they run an organized operation. On my first consultation Amy assessed my situation, made a series of sensible recommendations, laid out a plan of action and in the ensuing weeks honored her time commitments, handled a barrage of curve-balls with ease and my transaction concluded successfully just a few days ago. Thanks Amy!

Amy Farrar is excellent!!
My husband and I needed to rewrite all our estate documents, and since this would be the third time we had done this, we thought we pretty much knew it all. Boy, were we wrong! Amy opened our eyes to several areas that could have caused our executors and power of attorney major headaches. She is an excellent listener and when we presented her with several unusual bequest situations, she helped us clarify our thoughts, and we are so happy with the results.

Very Professional and Extremely Helpful
Needed assistance with obtaining Estate Planning. I reviewed numerous comments on a lot of attorneys, but something caught my eye on Amy's background and reviews. I contacted her and it was the best decision I ever made. Amy was very helpful and patient with the questions I had. She was extremely professional as well as the staff. The papers were prepared in a timely fashion. I can say without hesitation, that if you need an attorney, you cannot go wrong with your selection of Amy.

Excellent plus
After moving to a new town a couple of years ago, and having experienced several changes in our lives, we realized that the Last Wills and Testament we had were no longer applicable for our current situation. We went to Amy Farrar to update these vital documents for us. We met with Amy to outline our current needs, and she understood them completely. In a matter of a couple of weeks Amy had drawn up for my husband and me our Last Will and Testaments, our Durable Powers of Attorney, our Healthcare Power of Attorney and our Living Wills. We are pleased to have these vital documents completed. Additionally, more recently we were being threatened by our previous alarm company with being turned over to a collection agency even though we had cancelled our contract with them in a timely fashion not only once, but twice over a period of months. We had followed the alarm company’s protocol for cancellation exactly as required. Using Google, we learned that others had this problem with this alarm company. We turned this problem over to Amy, and within a week we had a letter from the alarm company saying that the contract had indeed been cancelled, and that no further action was required. What a relief! We appreciate Amy’s thoroughness, understanding and help.

Estate Planning
Amy gave us excellent advice on setting up our Wills, DPOA's and forming a trust for our out of state property. She was a pleasure to work with and we were able to view documents and request changes via email. When we went in to sign documents, she and her staff were very professional and caring. All of the documents were executed with the changes that we requested and we left her office with our documents!

Phenomenal
We found out that my husband had brain cancer and his prognosis was not good. We had procrastinated in getting our legal affairs in order. We gave Amy the information needed to prepare durable power if attorney, living will, and last will and testament on a Friday. She had all the information and papers prepared for signature by the following Tuesday. She had included EVERYTHING and did not need to make any changes. So, within only s few days, our legal concerns were put to rest. My husband passed within two weeks and because of Amy's expertise, efficient staff, and sincere concern, I did not have any legal problems. Thank you, Amy, for Doug everything possible to ease the pain of my loss.

Most importantly, she was very supportive and honest with every aspect of the case. I recommend Ms. Farrar and her firm without hesitation to anyone experiencing an employment dispute problem such as mine.

Excellent!
Amy reviewed my mother's personal documents and recommended the simplest and most cost effective means to meet her needs. She was personable, thorough, and efficient. Amy also recommended other appropriately qualified professionals when we asked questions beyond her area of expertise. I unreservedly recommend Amy and will return to her if we have need of similar work again.

Excellent representation with care, confidence, and dependability
Like most people, I never expected that I would need legal representation. However, in the spring of 2012, I found myself seeking professional counseling for a divorce with child. After a few dead end referrals from ‘friends’, my luck changed for the better when I met Ms Farrar. I immediately noticed her high level of care for her client as she listened intently while I described my situation. Although, Ms Farrar never waivered from our goals and objectives of getting the best possible outcome for me, it was very clear that her primary objective was the well being of my child. I knew at that moment, that I had found my attorney. Over the next few weeks and months, the case became more complex as poor communication from opposing council often left us with tough decisions. Although our patience was tested by a series of obstacles beyond our control, she never lost focus and provided me with excellent representation, guidance, and advice. She exemplifies the perfect combination of care, trust, professionalism, and toughness. The end result….she achieved the results I wanted while making the journey as smooth as possible.
