Just read

Absolutely a very professional attorney for my case, he did not give up and found other options that worked for my situation and I am very happy for him to represent my case. He trusted me for payment and always answered every question I had . I WILL recommend this law firm for being honest and profe...ssional to anyone who has any situation that life can bring you.. this law firm never made me felt like I was being judged for an honest mishaps that life can take the normal things that can happen to anyone.

Amazing!

I have been involved in small town politics my entire life. When choosing an attorney, I discussed my options of local representation and knew I would need outside counsel. I'm realistic because I know how the political, judicial machine functions. Im convinced had I not chosen outside counsel, I wou...ldve settled for a punishment, that I didnt deserve. Several political proponents for freedom of speech recommended Daniel. I've never been accused of a crime in my life and he was who I needed. Thankfully I was cleared of the crime I didn't commit, and Daniel was the driving force, in that process, defending my freedom of speech. I'm extremely grateful for his preliminary trial argument, that won my case.

Absolute best attorney ever! Hands down!

Daniel is the absolute best attorney I’ve ever hired, I’m 35 years old and dealt with multiple attorneys that has never worked or tried for me, I always felt like they worked for the DA. Mr Turklay is the only attorney in my lifetime I’ve met and hired that fought for me 24/7, Answered the phone eve...ry single time I called, I never had to speak with a operator - just him! He took me to trial and won by a landslide, he left the charging officer stuttering, confused, nervous and mad. He OWNED the court room that day! He also took my case on another set of charges and got me the best deal in the world, this man also went above and beyond and drove from Nashville to Morgan County Prison in Waterbury to show up in person at my parole hearing, which ultimately resulted in me being granted parole! Daniel genuinely cares about his clients and will go the extra length to not only win your case but leave you wondering to yourself WHY have you not hired him way before now. Stop wasting time with these attorneys that will sell you out or just want your money and get you the same deal a public defender can get - HIRE DANIEL and he will set you free and get you out of the mess your in. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Mr. Turklay. He came in, did his job, got it done quickly and all charges were dropped and expunged. Definitely someone you want on your side when you go to court.
