In 2013, I was involved in a Car Accident where I was the not at fault driver. I had injuries to my shoulder and neck which required Surgery. After not being able to work anymore in the Medical Field I turned to Michael Ponce and staff to file for Disability. For 2 years prior to hiring Ponce Law I had another local Attorney who Never communicated with me about my disability case and didn't even do the paperwork but instead told me I should fro it and send it to social security. Of course without legal assistance I did a very important form incorrectly. I... got a letter telling me when I was to go before the judge and a week before my court date I got a letter from this OTHER law firm telling me they Would NOT BE THERE AND NO LONGER REPRESENTED ME!!
