Michael Ponce and his team of very qualified attorneys and case coordinators made my horrible auto accident go so much smoother than I anticipated. I t-boned another driver who was crossing traffic without yielding and I right away had fault issues with the insurance company. Allen Smith was assigned... to me and his paralegal, Agnese. Allen came to my house the same day we had a phone consultation and he assured me he would do everything he legally could to help me. I was extremely scared and depressed and I had to undergo a very difficult surgery to have hardware placed into my foot. My medical bills were skyrocketing after all of this and I ran into an unfortunate road block of me having liability insurance and the other party also only having liability.
