I give Albert Allen Smith my highest endorsement in his profession as an attorney. I had three major dealings with Mr. Smith. All were in regard to my brother. First he guided me to become my brother’s legal guardian in probate court. Then he supplied the written answers to another court’s questionnaire concerning my brother’s financial matters. Lastly Mr. Smith helped immensely after my brother died with both probate court and the bank.
I trust him for four reasons. First he spoke succinctly. Secondly he acted promptly. For example he answered the court’s 20 plus financial questions in less than 30 minutes. Smith did not say this is what we need to do. No. He just performed immediately. Third he did not present arrogance. He never implied that he was smarter than the system. Fourth Mr. Smith led in a good clean manner. He was professional but reassuring. Albert Allen Smith has an ease and a command at the same time.
Again I unequivocally give him my highest grade.

Mr. Smith handled a personal injury case for my daughter with outstanding skill and professionalism. While driving to work, my daughter was hit by a truck that drove left of center. The truck company tried to stall proceedings and deny liability. Mr. Smith knew how to cut through the red tape and get things done. This accident was the biggest legal issue my family had ever faced, and thanks to Mr. Smith, had a very positive outcome. Mr. Smith is truly caring and has outstanding intellect, knowledge and skill that made all the difference.

Mr. Smith has handled 2 cases for me (1personal injury and 1 worker's comp) and I have had wonderful success with both. I was injured on the job as a professional portrait photographer with a major chain in 2008 and had orthroscopic surgery as a result. The settlement I received was beyond what I had expected due to pre-existing conditions already in my knee. In August of 2010, I was in a car accident. The other vehicle was at fault, but the driver was not cited for some reason. I won the case and got a larger settlement than I expected as well. Mr. Smith met with me during both cases and laid out how everything works and what I could expect. He explained the "impairment rating" for my first case and that was important. He sent me to excellent doctors and kept me well informed. He's very personable and when meeting my 10 year old daughter, really made a very good impression on her without being over the top. He makes tough cases easy to deal with and is very reasonable in what he expects from you.
