My husband and I were involved in auto accident about a year ago. We hired the law office of Michael D. Ponce & Associates. Immediately he has his staff began working on our case. They kept us well informed on our case and made sure we recieved what we deserved as a result of someone's else fault. ...Although, we had an attorney, that didn't stop the insurance company from trying to contact us with an offer. As soon as we informed Mr. Ponce that the insurance company was trying to contact us with an offer he took action against them. My huband and I are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Mr. Ponce.

I was in an automobile accident with a Metro Police Officer in Nashville, TN. I hired Mr. Ponce the next day. Mr. Ponce was very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. The case took almost 3 years to the day to settle; however that was not at all Mr. Ponce's fault. I was dealing with the government and t...hey are not going to pay out ANY money if they do not have to. We actually received our settlement check today. I believe that it took so long because the government was hoping that we would just forget about it. All 3 of us that were in my vehicle were pretty young, I was 26 and the other 2 were under age, so that they thought that the longer the took, that we would just give up. When we had our deposition, the opposing attorney asked some really personal and embarrassing questions and Mr. Ponce was very quick to defend us. I must say that the best part of Mr. Ponce's firm is one of the paralegals. His name is Jeff and he is extremely helpful. Anytime we needed anything Jeff was there to help. He always called us back. If he did not know the answer he would find out. There was never a time when we did not know what was going on. All in all... I would definately recommend Michael Ponce and Associates.

Someone cut in front of me and totaled my car. The other party was sited for causing the accident. This went on for 5 years and Ponce Law office did nothing. We finally settled but got very little for a serious head injury to 2 people in the car and 1 death. They take a lot of cases and hope for the ...best. We were not properly represented, would not recommend them.
