Raquel Avina Abel

I want to tell everyone how awesome Raquel Abel is. I was going to lose my daughter but Raquel came in and helped me gain full custody of my daughter. Not only she helped me gain full custody she also helped me keep my parents away from my daughter. She also was there for me through everything my mom...'s verbal abuse and my dad's Conservatorship that he had on me and she helped me get rid of the conservatorship. Raquel is the reason that I am a mother to my daughter. I am now back with my daughter's father. I am very appreciative of Raquel. She will fight for you like she did for me and my daughter. I would not be a mother right now if I did not have Raquel Abel. Thank you Raquel for fighting for me.

Raquel Abel represented a family member in a domestic dispute involving an order of protection. She met with us a few days before court,, gathered information, and prepared her case. She is very respectful and professional in all regards. In court, she skillfully questioned our adversary, pointing... our inconsistencies in his statements, to the point that he exclaimed in open court that he didn't want to answer any more of her questions. The Judge had to remind him that it was HE that brought the petition to the court. The petition was dismissed, in large part due to Ms Able's actions. She aggressively represents the interest of her clients, yet is very tactful in her approach. If I needed representation for a juvenile matter, I would not hesitate to hire Raquel Able.
