Joseph Addison Woodruff

Woodruff was a judge (or I should say A SITTING JOKE on the bench) in a civil case which I had. To anyone who is not mentally handicapped, it was clear that he had a personal relationship with the opposing attorney but he never recused himself. He even spoke for the opposing attorney's behalf (ins...tead of making him speak presenting his side of the case) and even corrected the opposing attorney on how to "ask me the question" when I was on the witness stand. Of course it helped also that the opposing attorney was the son of current sitting Tennessee judge at the time.

Look out if your spouse is represented by one of Woodruff’s “lake vacation buddies” because he will sign an ex-parte restraining order again you, keeping you from your own child, with ZERO EVIDENCE OR PROOF of whatever crazy allegations are put to paper. This guy should be ashamed of himself. Disgust...ing excuse for a judge; he does not follow the LAW. Narcissist.
