Mrs.Carey helped me make a compliant to White Plains hospital in NY regarding the loss of my identical twins. I reached out to Mrs. Carey because I felt my high risk and OB doctors did not provide me with appropriate care during my 2013 twin pregnancy. I was not looking to sue the doctors or hospital.... However , I did want to make a clear and concise compliant about the care they provided. Mrs. Carey was extremely professional and compassionate when I explained my experience to her. I was very nervous to make a complaint because this was a traumatic experience . Mrs. Carey eased my nerves and supported me throughout the entire process. She was very articulate and knowledgeable when speaking to the hospital administrators. I felt validated after receiving a letter from the hospital which explained how my complaint prompted the hospital to seek more training for the doctors about the specific disease my babies died from. This was exactly what I had wanted and feel a great deal of closure . I am so thankful to have used Mrs. Carey. I know that her expertise was what helped me get the response that I wanted. I highly recommend Mrs . Carey .
