Biography
Charles "Chip" Cain practices in the areas of QDROs, retirement planning in divorce, employment, business litigation, and general civil litigation. Prior to forming the Cain Law Firm, Chip practiced with a large regional law firm in Nashville, Tennessee and, before becoming an attorney, he worked for more than 10 years in various corporate management positions handling human resources and retirement plans.
Chip received his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2006 where he was inducted into the Cooper's Inn Honor Society, graduated with honors, and was a student member of the John Marshall American Inn of Court. He received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Memphis in 1995.

Questionable
Charles Cain was super rude and sarcastic towards me for some reason? He left out important information on documentation to be submitted that I pointed out to him. He wasn’t interested in doing a good job for a client, seemed like a bother for a few bucks!
