Mr. Stanfford is representing me in 3 related business matters and if I could give him 15 stars, I would have! After having retained 2 attorneys for the same matter BEFORE I met Mr. Stanfford - I saw the difference on his approach the moment I met him. He listened, he briefly viewed my documents, he ...asked questions, he took notes! WOW! All that in our very FIRST consultation! None of the previous two attorneys had done any of such things for the several months that they were retained by me for these cases! He asked me what I was looking for in the person I would hire to represent me and my answer was: I don't want nor do I need a "defense" attorney! I want and need an "offense" attorney! I need someone that is proactive rather than reactive, someone that would take the initiative to move the case along instead of sitting around for months letting the other party take the lead and decide when and where things take place! He offered me options and choices on how to proceed to get the best results at the fastest turn around. I terminated my second attorney on the way out the door from Mr. Stafford's office! For the first time in 8 months I HAD HOPE! And I was NOT disappointed! Within hours his knowledgeable, professional, dedicated assistant e-mailed me with questions about the case and requested more documents! I didn't get around to reply until very late in the evening, she replied right back! (And that was way past the business hours!) I thought to myself, wow, these people actually work! Like really WORK for their clients! Considering that my previous attorney was out of the office 3 out of the 4 weeks she was "my" attorney, this was a shock for me! (Yes my previous attorney was "home sick" one week; "on spring break" second week; "Easter Holiday" third week... you get the picture) So to continue my story, Mr. Stanfford has already reviewed the case, prepared documents, and OMG - Cindy, his awesome legal assistant, sent everything to me to review and verify that what was getting ready to go out to the other parties was correct and that I approved all the information stated on those documents! They actually cared enough to tell me BEFORE they sent the letters out! And those letters were tough as nails and made it clear to the other parties that "there is a new sheriff in town, and his name is Dennis Stanfford". I was thrilled! I have been a Clarksville resident for 23+ years and as a business owner and active in the community I have met and done business with several attorneys over the years. I will say with absolute certainty NONE of them has delivered at this speed and with such force as Mr. Stanfford! If any of my clients ever needs an attorney in the future, I will definitely send them to Mr. Stanfford and I know they WILL be taken care off! ***For anyone reading this review and being skeptical about it - I am too when I read online reviews as I don't know if it is written by a real person or if it is some paid for advertisement. Rest assured, I am a real person, a real client of Dennis Stanfford and very happy to work with him!

I could not have chosen a better attorney than Dennis Stanford to handle my divorce. Due to his time as a JAG officer, he was very knowledgeable about BAH, BAS, PCSing, SGLI/SBP and disability, to name a few and it showed in everything he did. It was refreshing to not have to explain every little det...ail of military life. Mr. Stanford was on top of everything that occurred and quickly set a temporary support hearing so I could receive some financial help early on before the divorce was final. He demonstrated an uncanny wisdom to know when to be tenacious, strong and fight and when to negotiate and used all the cards in his hand. When you hire a divorce attorney, you may need to tell this person a lot of personal information about your personal life and marriage. Mr Stanford handled this information with respect, wisdom and compassion. He's not just a great attorney, he's a good man also. He was very honest and fair in his fees and won't charge you an arm and a leg and try to get as much out of you as he can. Most importantly, he worked hard, prepared hard, negotiated hard and succeeded in getting results.

Very professional and approachable. Dennis advised us as to what we needed to do and how to accomplish it in regards to a car accident claim. We received more than we expected with our property damages and are still working the injury part. We are impressed with how quickly he responds to any questio...ns we have.

Our 18 year old son was arrested on a Friday night for marijuana and paraphernalia. We called the law firm Saturday and he made time for us right away and we were in his office Monday. Dennis also handled a dui for myself. My husband and I have known him five years I can tell you he is direct, hones...t and aggressive in the courtroom. I not only trust him with my legal matters but my family's as well. He is currently working on a will for my family. I recently referred my niece to him as she is going through a difficult and painful divorce and custody matter. His rates are very fair and his staff is always there (as Dennis is) to answer any questions.
