Mr. Arnkoff represented my brother-in-law on federal racketeering/homicide charges. This was a very emotional case for the community. The penalty was mandatory life in prison and Mr. Arnkoff was able to negotiate a waiver of the mandatory punishment. The Government recommended a sentence of 25 ye...ars. After a very lengthy sentencing hearing the Judge leaned heavily towards Mr. Arnkoff’s arguments and imposed a sentence of 13 years.
