My 16 year old step-son recently was charged in Rutherford County with very serious crimes. Mr. Arnkoff represented my brother-in-law on federal racketeering/homicide charges. This was a very emotional case for the community. After a very lengthy sentencing hearing the Judge leaned heavily towards Mr. Arnkoff’s arguments and imposed a sentence of 13 years.
