Could not have prayed for a better lawyer
At the beginning of the year It became apparent that I needed a lawyer to represent me. I hired Daniel and it was the best decision I could have made. He was there every step of the process, and helpful even though the changes needed for this pandemic. Working with him took a lot of stress off of me and I did get a very good outcome. I was facing up to 2 years of jail time and probation for two charges. With Daniel Nesheiwat’s help, I got both my charges dismissed! I cannot say enough good things about Daniel. Daniel kept me informed during the entire process and it was clear that I was his priority. great lawyer, great person
I was charged with shoplifting in Williamson county and they take it very seriously there. He negotiated a deal with the DAs office that went greatly in my favor. No jail time at all and it's to be discharged after 11months and 29 days. I pay $250 donation to Grace works and complete 100 hours of community service at a non-profit location of my choice and of course stay out of trouble for that time and in the end I can have my case exponged at no cost to me. Great news to someone who was very worried about having to be on supervised probation and doing some jail time. Not having a job, I didn't know how I was going to afford to pay $45 every month to a probation office. Thank you so much for giving me my life back Daniel Neshewalte. You're truly a talented negotiator and always showed me the up most respect. You stratigized a plan to work the case and that work paid off. Thank you so much. KS

He is an excellent lawyer, my case was very complicated with many charges and he helped me to remove all the charges and not have to pay jail with a very short time of probation, I recommend it to all people who have such complicated cases or worse than mine

Mr. Nesheiwat got my case and immediately told me what my charges could be, worst and best case scenario. Dismissed & Expunged
I had little faith that the charges would be mismissed, despite Daniel’s confidence; it seemed like a long shot. But, hard work, good communication and caring about the client proved a recipe for success. Not only were the charges dismissed, but also expunged, resulting in a new lease on life.
