Best Immigration Attorney

Superb service - the best in Tennessee

Anahi Fancher helped us with our immigration process when I married a Brazilian. She worked with us to make sure we understood the process and what would be expected of us along the way. She was patient, thorough, and extremely professional. It was clear that she knew the ins and outs of immigration law. Our process went through perfectly without any surprises. Mrs. Fancher graduated from the Nashville School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree and is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. Mrs. Fancher received her Master's degree in Business Administration with all elective course work in Marketing and Marketing Research from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and she also earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Mrs. Fancher decided to become a lawyer to help others and fight against injustice.

Best Immigration Attorney

Anahi is a very thorough in her representation and the whole application process. She is very detail oriented and takes care of the situation very carefully. For any questions i had - I was able to directly talk to her and received very quick answers. I would recommend her law firm to anyone who would need an immigration attorney. Spectacular attorney without question. A true blessing to the community. Dedicated and tenacious.

My fiancé and I enlisted the services of Anahi Fancher to assist us with obtaining a K1 visa for my fiancé. Attorney Fancher is very knowledgeable in immigration law. She remained fiercely determined and constantly focused on our case. She has always been extremely detail oriented and does not like taking any chances with the process. Her actions are very deliberate making sure all items are done and done correctly. Things were constantly checked and rechecked. Nothing was left to chance. She doesn’t rest until all is done. She doesn’t allow things to fall between the cracks. In one instance when it seemed that things we taking longer than expected Attorney Fancher called the US Embassy in Manila directly resulting in the expedition of communications between us and the US Embassy there. We were never just a “case” to her. She took and still takes a keen personal interest in our lives. We will continue to use her services throughout the process after our wedding as my fiancé pursues her permanent residency and citizenship. Attorney Fancher is dedicated and works tirelessly in the pursuit of her clients interests. She is affable and kind. She is compassionate and understanding. She is patient and very easy to work with. She has a very soft heart.

Anai Fancher is an excellent lawyer. She was always pending on my case for my residency in the United States. Any questions I had about my case were quickly answered by her. The Best Attorney

Best public defender ever

Got the job done!!!

I was incarcerated for probation violation due to non report. After explaining all the facts and details to her. She got a game plan and did wonderful job representing me. Her professionalism experience and knowledge are extraordinary!!! I was completely satisfied with the outcome of my case and recommend her to anybody!!!

Satisfied!!

Does an excellent job very professional. Made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way, if I wansn't to sure of something she would meticulously go into detail to make sure I knew where we were at, and what the game plan was and how to go about it. Mrs. Fancher Treats you with the utmost respect and almost get the feeling of she's fighting the case as if its her going to trial not just simply representing you. Such a sweetheart!
