Excellent, Effective Attorney with Heart, Morals, Knowledge!

Ms. Reguli was very open about her history as an attorney and often speaks out about judicial reform and government overreach. You won't find many attorneys willing to take a strong stand against big government to protect the little people like us. This attorney was even retaliated against for standi...ng for families which is why you see in other posts that she had "involvement". This wouldn't be a first, other attorneys have reported retaliation by CPS/DCS when they vigorously represented clients because the state has plenty of money to attempt to shut anyone down that speaks against their industry. Here are some facts, Ms. Reguli successfully facilitated a legal battle that returned 2 small children to their loving parents after nearly 2 years of being isolated against them. Ms. Reguli also was successful in getting the 6th Judicial Circuit to recognize that children should not be removed from there parents where an imminent danger condition is absent, without a court order. Ms. Reguli often gives guidance to family victims in online forums and networks to better conditions in TN for families. Finally, yes, she charges a high rate that is slightly above average but her billing has been clear and reasonable for services rendered and she is record/paper driven and has kept our family informed every step of the way. Excellent, Effective Attorney that will stick her neck out for you!!!

Used as Family and to Coop on Criminal

With my family case Connie would say all the right things as she can help, but then would not stay in touch until last minute and do completely opposite of previous conversations. Connie will give bad advice and reverse her own advice in a heartbeat and CHARGE FOR ALL OF IT! Was ineffective in co-cou...nsel role and did not effectively portray the facts in court hearings, Performed zero negotiations toward resolution, seemed like she wanted to drag on as long as possible until she was let go. Refused to use client's wishes on facts of their own case.

Worst nightmare attorney ever

I reported my case to the Board of Professional Responsibility and encourage others with Reguli problems to do the same. She was publically censored for taking my case with an obvious conflict of interest (and told me "don't worry about it - I'll handle it"} and failure to return the unused portion ...of my retainer. Very poor representation and would never return phone calls. You would be better off representing yourself if she is your only choice. You will be sorry if you waste your money on this attorney.

Very thankful for this attorney

She responded on short notice to my request. She did not rush the initial interview and listened to my concerns and information I gave her regarding my case. She made a difference with her knowledge of family law and by keeping me informed, it was alot of stress taken off my shoulders. I would most ...definitely recommend this attorney to anyone in need of representation concerning a divorce or child abuse.

Very disappointed in this Lawyer

I had hired Connie under the expectation of her being qualified to take care of my case. Connie talked a big talk up front, and said she had a little bit of psychology just to be dangerous(with a laugh!) She impressed me at first, then it went went down from there! Connie told me she couldn't use one... of the juvenile judges in WM county because she had sued her, come to find out she's sued more than one, not for a client but on her own behalf over her daughter. Therefore, we couldn't even use a Wm county judge! Connie has also been in other trouble with the court system in Wm county, I just found it online! If I would have known all this in the first place I wouldn't of hired her and would not be going through this! Connie would not return my phone calls till over a week later sometimes, then call the day of a court date not even knowing what was going on. She would ask me what it was all about! She failed me in this latest court date when she didn't even present facts for me that ended up putting my son in jeopardy! I had to hire a new lawyer immediately! I really wouldn't recommend Connie Reguli as an attorney!
