Biography
Caroline advocates for her clients, with integrity and respect, in order to minimize the financial and emotional impact of divorce.
A founding partner of McCarter Beauchamp, Caroline's unique academic background and professional experience enable her to provide clients with creative solutions in cases involving high net worth individuals, family owned and closely held businesses, stock options, deferred compensation plans, intellectual property and real estate holdings. She earned a certificate in Business and Law along with her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University, and prior to starting McCarter Beauchamp, represented individuals and businesses in transactions and litigation.
Caroline was among the first attorneys in Middle Tennessee to embrace the collaborative process as a desirable method for resolving many family law disputes. In addition to representing individuals in litigated and collaborative family law cases, Caroline offers her services to families as a Rule 31 listed Family Law Mediator.
