S. Brad Dozier

My husband and I were very pleased with the way Mr. Dozier handled our very complex case. He was able to get us what my Father left us and actually helped our family mend fences with each other. My sister and I are talking again after almost 3 years of fussing with each other. It was frustrating at... times when we didn't hear from him, but he never once disappointed us. We realized he couldn't do anything until the medical records were sent and I felt terrible that I was being impatient with him for not filing when it was the Doctors office I should have been frustrated with. Mr. Dozier never even told me it was the Doctors office we were waiting on, I learned from my sister after it was all over with. He is kind and brilliant. Very knowledgeable. I have already recommended him to two friends. Very happy with Mr. Dozier.

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to my association with S. Brad Dozier. I purposefully had several phone conversations and emails because I had a bad experience with another attorney who failed to advanced my case. I explained to Mr. Dozier I wanted to ensure that didnt happen again. Well, after... his reassurances and sending a "non-refundable" $4,000 retainer ($450/hr more if he had to appear in court), he failed to communicate after many texts, emails, and calls. Finally, he advised I did not need to appear in court, an eight hour drive, yet then he missed a key deadline to file for a continuance. If I had appeared in court or if he had filed the papers on time, I might not be facing the current adverse legal consequences.

Being a Woman of the Cloth.This attorney has not conducted business properly. We have paid all fees up front and nothing has been filed. It has been excuses after another. We always have to track him down He doesn’t follow through or up with progress of the case. We haven’t received anything from th...e court about case because nothing has been filed. He doesn’t reply to emails , text, phone calls his voice mail is always forward to his email

I hired Mr. Dozier to set up a conservatorship for my brother in August 2018. He required payment in advance of $2500 which he referred to in the contract as a nonrefundable retainer. I understand now why he chose to call it that. The convervatorship was never established, and I am quite sure I wi...ll never see that $2500 again. I would not recommend dealing with Mr. Dozier in any capacity.

I got caught up in a nasty estate case that endured for several years. I hired Brad to help with the situation and within the 2nd day of court we are almost done and the case will be closed soon. He has been professional, courteous, timely and stayed in touch not to mention calming the situation whe...n it was needed.
