S. Brad Dozier

My husband and I were very pleased with the way Mr. Dozier handled our very complex case. He was able to get us what my Father left us and actually helped our family mend fences with each other. My sister and I are talking again after almost 3 years of fussing with each other. It was frustrating at... times when we didn't hear from him, but he never once disappointed us. I met Brad in September 2016. I needed an Estate Planning Attorney to assist me with my clients who were filing for VA Benefits. I was astonished by his professionalism, his vast knowledge of not only VA benefits, but potential tax issues and future probate issues if we didn't plan well. Brad prepa...red the documents we needed in a timely manner, drove to Murfreesboro to execute the documents, registered the documents with the register of deeds, and not only sent each of the family members electronic copies, but hard copies as well with a two week turn around. He did not charge us extra for the hours of explanation we needed, nor did he charge us for having to drive to the assisted living facility. He was kind, patient and didn't leave until everyone was comfortable with what we were doing. Since we retained him, we have been approved for the VA benefits and have used him in several other family issues with my clients. Upon completion of my clients needed assistance he learned I had recently gone through a divorce and he gently encouraged me to redo my personal estate plan and protect my minor children.
