You can sleep at night with Jason as your attorney.

I've engaged Jason twice. Both times he has come through. The first time was against a $1 billion company not willing to pay money owed me for services rendered. The second time was a property dispute. Jason listens. In both instances, Jason gave quiet, confident counsel on ways to proceed. In the fi...rst instance, the company settled before going to court. In the second, Jason took action within a day which put the disagreement to rest. You want Jason on your side.

Exceeded Expectations

I initially spoke with an attorney from a large firm to potentially represent me in a contract dispute. After this consultation, I was frustrated by the failure of the attorney to demonstrate a genuine interest in the specifics of my case, as well as a failure to formulate and convey a strategy to ma...ximize and protect my interests. In my search for another attorney, I contacted Jason Mangrum and met with him in person. He listened with focused intention to the details of my case, and made it a priority to first gain a clear understanding of the relevant facts. He then communicated potential strategies along with the risks and rewards to be reasonably considered with each path forward. I was satisfied with his recommendation to approach the opposing party with a couple of offers to resolve the issue. However, Jason asked me if I was interested in pursuing a third option. This option represented the most desirable resolution, but I was convinced it was simply not possible, based on exhaustive efforts to achieve this outcome on my own over the past couple of months. I agreed it was worth pursuing, but was highly skeptical the other party would be responsive. To my pleasant surprise, within 24 hours my dispute was resolved. Jason was able to successfully negotiate the “most desirable” resolution. In addition to the specific manner in which my case was resolved, I was also generally impressed by Jason’s integrity pertaining to our discussion of fee. The attorney at the larger firm made it a clear priority to mention a substantial fee very early in the conversation, before making an effort to understand the relevant facts associated with my case. Jason’s approach was far more professional and considerate, and we did not discuss fee options until he had a comprehensive understanding of the facts of my case. Resolution of my case required more than technical legal expertise. I believe Jason’s interpersonal skills and experience in negotiating with parties under acrimonious circumstances was of paramount importance to the successful resolution of my case. I highly recommend Jason and will contact him again in the future if legal representation is necessary.
