Replied last November 05, 2021I am sorry that you have had difficulty reaching me. It appears you do not have accurate information regarding the status of this case. However, I can only provide information to the client. I do not communicate with family members of any client unless I have written permission from the client. Each client receives my cell phone number as an alternate contact since I am often in court and unable to answer calls to the office phone. My cell phone number is 706-575-0700. I reply to text messages to that number as soon as I am available. I urge the client to reach out to me so that I can provide accurate information and a link to the client portal so that he has 24/7 access to his case file, including documents, updates, etc.

lack of ethics and unprofessional once you have paid her she doesnt do the job
I retained her in april. To this day she has not done what I hired her for and you cant talk to her the phone goes to a mail voice. She doesn't return your call. she did half the job and didn't get a name change as requested.
