Car Rental Company Threats

After using an online car rental agency for an auto in Arizona, after turning the car in with an inspection, I later got several threatening letters that I had caused a scratch on the car's side--which I had not. Mr. Cooper got in touch with the rental company which dropped its claims.

Divorce in 2019

A. Cooper wanted me to take ex’s first settlement low- ball offer. I moved on thereafter. Who takes a first settlement offer? He was found through a legal referral program from my employer. EVERY attorney I have spoken with in town since has not given any positive feedback regarding this attorney.... Buyer beware. Do your homework and trust your gut.
