Best Trial lawyer in Lee County
Mr. Whittelsey represented me in a complex murder case and I was found not guilty. I researched Mr. Whittelsey's trial results since the year 2000. The ONLY verdicts in the over 20 criminal cases he tried were NOT GUILTY. Look it up.

Do not hire him!
He will request a large sum of money, no contract, and he doesn’t have to prove he actually did anything. He doesn’t return phone calls or keep up with his clients.
