We hired Mr Whittelsey to represent us in a business litigation matter. We paid him a retainer. He did not file appropriate responses, could not provide us with an itemized bill, and without performing any of the promised services, kept the entirety of the retainer while claiming it was a flat fee. T...he amount paid to him was substantially more than could have been expected for the minute amount of work done. Whittelsey is a shyster.
