Biography
A job injury can be a life changing event for the injured worker and family. My mission is to assist injured workers with obtaining the benefits they are owed under the law, but also to utilize available resources to return my clients to meaningful employment within their restrictions and restore purpose and meaning to their lives.
I have been representing injured workers since 1981 with their claims under the Alabama Workers Compensation Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act and its extentions which includes the Non-Appropriated Funds Instrumentalities Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and Defense Base Act.
