We hired Mr klimjack to help us with a bankruptcy wish we never have now. Was in a recent car accident and received $17,000 we did not see a penny of it that almost straight to him and according to him the trustees. Tried to make several phone calls to wish they were never returned my husband and I d...rove all the way to his office in Mobile the gentleman that was the attorney in the refuse to see us so they sent his paralegal down she was a complete witch no help at all and when we asked questions she acted like we were dumb and did not understand the situation. Wish we had never filed and if we had we should have gone with another attorney. We were going to use that money to help us get another vehicle the only one working right now is the one my husband drived

I made an appointment for a consult at this office last week. I went in with the intention of possibly filing Chapter 7. The attorney consistently talked about filing Chapter 13 and stated it would be better for me, although it would put me in a worst financial situation than I am in now by having to... keep my mortgage payments current as well as make monthly payments to the trustee. I only have one vehicle and was told that I probably wouldn't be able to keep my car. Whenever I brought up Chapter 7 he kept pressuring me to file Chapter 13. He even tried to discourage my by stating I would have to pay a $5000 trustee fee (which is not accurate) as well as the $1500 attorney's fee and $335 filing fee. I found out the attorney's fee for Chapter 13 is $4000. More money can be made for them if you file Chapter 13 as opposed to Chapter 7.

My husband & I hired Mr. Klimjack to give us financial advice. His office acted unethically in advising a 13 over 7, knowing we would have to file for a 7 only a year later. This resulting in an additional 3K in his pocket since 13 is more profitable to the attorney. Trying to dismiss the case he ref...used to return any calls until threatened with an attorney. He tried to bully us into believing we couldn't dismiss. The trustee's office is where we sent our plea for help and only 1 month later the case was dismissed without injunction. ( A strong statement from the judge to his poor ethics) We contacted a malpractice attorney who informed us that this is standard practice for his office & that we should file a complaint with the state bar. I think the truth of this case speaks for itself.

I hired this firm to file a Chapter 13 and after his fees were paid, it was like he was finished with me. I have needed paperwork for closing costs and can NEVER get a returned call from anyone in that office. The receptionist is not helpful and just seems to cover for the poor professional service.... The attorneys or anyone else in that office do not return calls. There are many other decent attorneys in Mobile and my recommendation would be to go to them. This is an attorney that just does not care about the complaints from his clients. I don't see how he is still in business.

I was lured in by the commercial that he would help ease the financial burden when it became too much to bear. My husband and I met with him and he was most insightful about the process we would take for filing bankruptcy. We went in with every intention of filing Chapter 7, but were convinced by M...r. Klimjack's staff that Chapter 13 was the best option IF we wanted to keep our home. My hindsight doubts that at the time we filed, the Trustee would have removed a family of 3 from their home and ordered it sold. Nonetheless, we filed Chapter 13 feeling good that we were going to repay some, if not most of our debts. Once our Chapter 13 was confirmed by the Trustee and the payments began, which were more than our mortgage payment, Mr. Klimjack could not be reached for any questions we had. In fact, a few months into making payments we began to feel the financial burden more than before we filed. It became obvious that we had bitten off more than we could chew and Mr. Klimjack was unable to be reached by telephone or email to consult with us on what to do now. We felt trapped and so we sought the advice of another attorney to seek modification on our payments to keep our Chapter 13 from failing. Bottom line, I don't know how this guy has more than a one star rating unless he has bought ratings or enlisted people to write reviews for him. He is good at the initial consultation and convincing you to file Chapter 13 instead of 7, which he gets a bigger fee for. But once you pay him and your case has been confirmed, you will never hear from him again.
