“While practicing in Colorado, I failed to submit an affidavit of CLE compliance for 2019 in Alabama and did not receive mail from the Bar due to clerical error. As a result, my Alabama license was suspended briefly until I filed the affidavit and paid late fees, and was reinstated by the Supreme Court of Alabama. I was never out of compliance with continuing education, absent the late filed affidavit, in any state, and I was not practicing in Alabama during the less than six month suspension.”
